Not sure about the tick and flea prevention and itchiness yet. But overall loved this! My dog is feeling very beautiful after her bath and we’d love to try the other scents!

KWC: When you give your dog a bath use dog shampoos and conditioner. Also read the label for an expiration date. If there is none then you do not know. Expired, opened dog shampoos can possibly cause serious skin irritations,itching and loads of vet bills. Same if you use human shampoos on your dog. Dogs have a different ph on their skin than we do. Be aware. Lots of skin problems are from Expired products. Read and beware of what you or your dog groomer is using. Our pups are precious and be blessed for the time we have with them. Give your fur friend lots of love today. This is a good product.

n privaten private: I used the deodorizing one for a beagle hound. The shampoo smells awful. Strong chemical smell. But the dog felt good after her bath and zoomed around the house. Definitely need to make sure fully rinsed off. But I can’t get the smell off my hands. It smells like a cleaner. Hopefully as the dog dries, the smell goes away. The variety of shampoos have good reviews. So hoping good results for her skin and just an extra help with that special hound smell….update the smell has gone down. The dog smells neutral. Not like the shampoo and not stinky (lovable) hound smell. So that’s good. The smell is retreating on my hand. Will probably wear gloves next time bc it bothered me. Never bothered the dog. ….I updated to five stars because my hound dog still smells good. Actually smells nice.

Amazon Customer: Dislike. What a mess and at least a 1/r of shampoo had leaked out. The bottle should have an inside seal under the cap. Love the product just not impressed that it leaked. Have ordered it many times and had no problem till now.😡

Jack and Zero's owner: I inherited a little Pug x Chi with an undiagnosed skin condition. He came from a filthy house and he was itching like mad, he also smelled pretty bad . It appeared that his previous owner lived in a house full of mice and rats.
I used a coal tar based shampoo on him which was recommended by vets. I had to do this 4 times before he became more comfortable. However it was a pain because I had to leave it on him for up to 15 minutes at a time.
He was de flead and groomed until his coat was much better and he had stopped itching.
When his coat became dull again a month later, and he started to scratch so I tried this shampoo on him as it stated that you could use it daily if needed so it must be quite mild .
The next day he came out with what looked like bad dandruff, I had rinsed him very carefully and I really thought that this shampoo had caused a reaction.
I was wrong, I can only guess that this shampoo had lifted and cleared the dead skin from his skin condition that he came to me with, because in a couple of days no more dandruff. I cannot think of any other reason as to the snowstorm that happened the day after I had bathed him, however he was not itching at...
