Corey: Comfortable, very heavy duty quality armrests. The ones that came on my gaming chair were cheap junk, super loose and wobbly. It was really annoying. These fixed that outright.

I specifically wanted 4d arm rests, front back, left right( in and out), swivel and up down
Added these to my 200$ inexpensive amazon gaming chair.

Only wish they were a bit softer or plush. However they are still great and i never have elbow issues with them.The more customizable you can make your chair the better.

Be sure your chair has the proper holes on the bottom for it to be screwed in, these had a lot of holes, but my chair was only able to use 2 of the holes to secure them, however the 2 holes were enough for it to be sturdy enough to use.

Ronald A. Blasse: The arm rest for my NobleChairs had worn away and needed replacing. These fit perfectly. I only used arms and not the mounting brackets that connect to the seat since the original brackets fit these arms just fine, just had to screw them in. (Although I think the brackets it came with would have also fit.)
The arm rest is comfortable and soft but not as wide as the original. Also the adjustable mechanisms don't move as smoothly as the original but that's just me nitpicking. These make excellent replacements at half the price of replacements from the manufacturer.

Frederic Naud: I have the OG Järvfjället and hadn't purchased the armrests. These fit great and are an amazing addition to that char. In another review, I saw that the chair would use 5/16" x 1" screws. Well, maybe the Canadian version of the Ikea chair is different but I think the screw holes are metric. I bought 5/16-18, 5/16-24 and another 5/16 with no further indication and none work, all of them are loose. I don't know what the exact screw size is, but it's not 5/16!

BrandonBrandon: I purchased an IKEA chair järvfjället without armrests.

IKEA stopped selling their ugly plastic armrests (thank god), and they don’t sell their upgraded armrests separately.

IKEA updated version of the järvfjället, that already comes with very comfy armrests, and as I mentioned before they do not sell these separately.

If your chair does not have armrests, or has the previous version of the uncomfortable plastics that they call ‘armrests’ this product is for you.

I had to purchase 4 separate screws in my local store, you can purchase these in Amazon.

The size is 5/16’ diameter, 1’ long screws, I couldn’t find the ones that work with the Allen key which wasn’t a problem because I have a wrench.

Please refer to the picture, I only needed to use 2 of the 3 holes, and this armrests allows me to easily configure the weight between both armrest, I find it to have the smallest weight to be the fit.

They do require some extra assembly with an Allen key, prior to assembling with the chair, so be ready to have this tool handy.

Now my long hours of siting in my chair are not an issue for my tiring arms.

CHRIS: I was about to buy a brand new gaming chair due to one of the armrests support coming detached and not being able to reattach it. The chair itself is otherwise in perfect shape so I was pretty mad that I was going to need to buy a new one. These replacement arm rests saved me hundreds! They fit perfectly and are more comfortable then the original armrests that came with the chair. I'm happy that I found these and the quality is top notch.

Threeem: zunächst die Qualität ist schon gut, zumindest das was man fühlt und vom Gewicht her.
Wie lange die Lehnen tatsächlich halten, wird sich rausstellen. Oft reißt ja die Oberfläche ein oder die Höhenverstellung spielt verrückt (fällt immer wieder nach unten). Soweit man das letztere bis jetzt Beurteilen kann, also der Mechanismus dahinter, sieht es vielversprechend aus.
Die Löcher passen allerdings nicht bei jedem Stuhl, in der Breite hat man eher 3,5cm. Was nicht dem Standard entspricht. Daher kann ich auch nur 2 Schrauben anstatt 4 zur Befestigung nutzen.

ConsumerIntel321: The comfort of these are decent for what you pay compared to what comes with most chairs. The only con I'd say how there is no lock for the swivel option, which is annoying. When you put pressure on the armrests they will immediately swivel and reject your elbow to the ground, haha. It kinda stinks to that respect, but otherwise it's solid. Installation is pretty straight forward IF you get lucky. When I received mine I installed it effortlessly, at least for the first one. The second armrest's holes weren't drilled straight so one screw no matter how many times I tried would NOT screw in. So, what I did is just use the plate from my old armrest and screw it into that one. Once I did that it went in rather smoothly. If I could because of the swivel issue id give it 3.5 stars (since it's pretty annoying), but I felt it was too much of a downgrade so I kept it at 4 stars.
