dvryno: My 2nd Swami. Original lasted 10 years and still works but shorter battery life. Did upgrade to the 6000 and like all the features. I have not used the magnet feature to attach to golf cart as I sometimes walk to my ball away from the cart so I like the flexibility of keeping in my pocket or on the cart. Easy to read and set up. Fairly quick to find the golf course we are playing. Good definition of features of the course on the screen.

Jim: This device consistently provides accurate info on distance to middle of the green and other green side distances. Very dependable.
It only provides distance information to 3 hazards per hole. This is not good enough when a hole has 3 fairway bunkers AND a water hazard before the green. Swami then does NOT provide distance to the water hazard. Most unfortunate.

Amazon Customer: The Swami was easy to use, intuitive and the yardages were accruate when compared to the GPS watch.
I holds a charge in excess of two rounds. The magnetic is very convienent as you can attach it to the golf cart & is very secure.
