Heather M: Just started reading this, I am so glad I bought this one. Have already told a couple of people to get a copy. Like the no fluff attitude/humor of the author. Can't wait to read rest of this one and the series.

Leeann: Definitely not your run of the mill spiritual book. If you're offended by bad language then don't read this. It gives you a lot to prices and new ways to see things.

DavidDavid: I'll begin by saying my first thoughts were mixed.
Though after getting into this books first chapter,
There was no questions left to what I found was a gem.
Certainly looking forward to Book 2 in continuing along on this journey

:):): If you are thinking about buying this- just do it. It’s been instrumental in my recovery journey. It’s literally the best thing I could have asked for; and in terms of religion- there is none. I assure you. There isn’t. it’s all about spirituality— which for some is religion, or its organization. However, for me- I had a belief but I could never wrap my tiny mind around the fact there was more to god than religion. And now I can safely say, I have a very strong belief in my higher power (god).
Just get this book. Just do it. You won’t regret it at all!

Sam Thomas-Long: I loved this book. A great read and it made me laugh so much, much to the amusement of my colleagues.
The message is simple, not so much clutter in the message J is sharing as in other books.
Reminds you to stop and be aware, slowly making a difference in my life.
My aim is to continue with awareness and be like Lenny

Empfehlung!

Suzanne B.: Funny divine intervention story but the morning I downloaded this book and started reading it, my intention was to read Badass Habits by Jen Sincero but I was on FB first and Spirituality for Badasses popped up and I believe did only caught my attention so I started reading what was available and when it stopped I had to keep reading so I bought it right away…loved every minute of it!!
Thanks J
P.S. I still haven’t started the Badass Habits 🤦🏻‍♀️

Cynthia @ ahippiesbookshelf: I'm not one to put much faith or promise in a self help book. What makes Spirituality for Badasses different for me is the author's approach. J. Stewart Dixon talks directly, not around the bush and he doesn't really hold back punches. He really seems to understand how folks have lost themselves in the heavy of life. No matter what that thing is bringing someone down, it can be let go. While reading, I felt comfortable to just go with it and enjoy the book in front of me. It was sinking in, if I wanted it to or not. I was getting it, if I thought I needed it or not.

Spirituality for Badasses was fun to read. There are great points that were made and ways that brought me to a more self awareness while the instruction was presented in a real life, down to earth, funny and entertaining way. I think the title gives it away that this is a totally different kind of experience and it truly was.

J. Stewart Dixon asks the reader to ask questions about themselves without really asking anything of the reader. The questions are deep. It is completely relaxing and enjoyable and I laughed out loud. I honestly think the author would want that to happen. Laughing is joy. Feeling...

Owl ManOwl Man: Finally, a practical, readable, and thoroughly enjoyable book about how to live life with clarity, peace, purpose, and joy. There are so many “self-help”, metaphysical, and “spiritual” books on the market that repeat the same things over and over; some in such esoteric language that the message is completely lost, and others geared toward a specific demographic which oftentimes alienate or turn off readers. Don’t be fooled by some of Jeff’s humorous and light-hearted approach to deeply serious life questions. This book is NOT a “Spirituality” or “Mindfulness for Dummies”. This is a combination of a personal journey from the writer’s and reader’s point of view. While I enjoyed “going along for the ride”, I was also gently but firmly challenged to face some difficult and soul-searching questions about my OWN life journey. All through the book, and at various “rest stops” along the “road trip”, Jeff poses thought provoking questions or offers unique insights that make this book a unique read. This is definitely a book you’ll want to read straight through once, and then go back and savor slowly and “mindfully”. Make notes, journal on the...
