As a current self-storage owner/operator and developer, I really try to learn from others as much as possible and apply the good stuff to my existing (and future) businesses.

Terry P Dallyn: AJ Osborne does a thorough job of providing the needed information to a person like myself looking to get into self storage. The reasons why self storage is a great investment, finding the right deal, reducing your risks, how to structure and finance the deal is all detailed.

Damien Delaney: A great no-nonsence guide to self-storage, with principles which can be applied to other commercial property investment. The open and honest approach allows anyone to understand the process. Great book to accompany a great podcast.

Now You Know: First hear about Aj on BiggerPockets, personally I am starting my real estate journey with single family and multi-unit rentals but I am looking at a storage facility in the future. Great book easy to follow

David Patton: If you want to invest in Self-Storage, this is the only book you need. It is incredible how much thought and detail has been put into making this book. AJ is a true expert and his story is not only inspiring it is encouraging knowing that I can build wealth the same way he did in the book. I look forward to putting what Ive learned into practice.
