Oiiscotland: In an attempt to get back to Keto and suppress my appetite, I ordered this product based on reviews from Amazon buyers. I started with 2 pills to break intermittent fasting and added 1 more before dinner if needed. I feel full longer and snack less since taking this product. I have only taken them for almost a month for 4-6 days a week. So far it helps tremendously carve my appetite and eat less. There were days that I only ate 1 meal a day from the side effect of taking these pills. I am not the person who weighs to see weight loss, but I feel fit in clothing better. With light pilates a few times a week and drinking herbal teas regularly, I feel less bloated and certain I will achieve my goal to scrap 5-10 lbs that have been bugging me to get rid of. Martha j campbell: I took these I don't know if they lose weight on it or not but when I do take them they do hurt my appetite I did lose a few pounds but I I'm not doing like I should be on them and that's not being negative about the product the BHB when I first took it my system was so down when it got into my bloodstream it almost felt like somebody threw water in my face I mean it like it lifted me up made me feel good I wasn't medically induced by no means but all these things are natural. But it's the way it made me feel it made me feel like I was more focused I had more energy clarity I was just more alive I can say.I don't take medicine and I don't do drugs and I don't do none of that so my system is pure and I can actually feel it going in my bloodstream. But when it hit me it honesty felt like somebody had throat ice water in my face!!
I've never had that feeling in my life and I haven't never taken anything that made me feel as good as this stuff does and I took it afterwards and now I didn't get that big splash feeling like that I got when I first took it. Because it was already in my system but when I can think of it and I do it every morning I'd get in here and make my breakfast...
