S. Williams: The information is straight forward, basic and not complicated. It a quick read with with good basic information to get started. I like how it was encouraging but also let you know this things take time, just as any long lasting friendship does. Mia has more books of interest which I plan to purchase.

LizzieC: This book is very basic and describes more of your relationship with your guides and the tools you'll need. I'm sorry to say, you don't need to have any tools but yourself and a quiet place to meditation/contemplate. Really would not recommend this book to people just starting out.
