J: Very applicable to mba students/grads. Good general life advice but primarily leadership focused. Written by religious people but not a religious book(awesome). One of the best leadership books. Plus it is short and easy to read.

Pastor Davis: I absolutely loved this book. I feel like I will be a much better leadership after the wisdom I gleaned from reading this book. My husband and I read the book together and discussed each chapter afterwards. We discussed how it was relevant to our marketplace jobs as well as our ministry roles in the church. I will be recommending this to my sister, daughter and best friend.

Angie H Jarecki: This has to be one of the best books that I have read in a long time. As an administrative leader in education, going through Covid, it was extremely difficult. Many teachers didn’t want to come back to school and the ones that did return were faced with students that had been out of school for a while who also had a hard time returning to a brick and mortar setting. This book is such an inspiration as it notes how to lead like the shepherd, not only as a shepherd in a field with sheep, but closely parallels the Bible and Jesus Christ being our shepherd.
This would be a great read for leaders of any kind, as well as people in general on how to treat others and approach others in multiple situation. Five stars!

Es kann aber auch den Mitarbeitern dabei helfen, auf eleganter Weise dem etwas ungeschickten neuen Leiter etwas auf die Sprünge zu helfen und nicht immer gleich die Brechstange herauszuholen.

Jeder Manager sollte es gelesen haben. Jedoch bin ich nicht sicher, ob es auch Narzisten gebrauchen könnten.
