Jacob T.: There are many ways to be involved with REI (real estate investing). Zuber presents one method of investonf in residential single family and Multifamily homes.

He stays in his lane and reports how he did the daily work and grind and how he built his REI one rental at a time. Unlike other podcasts which present investors who purchased 20 properties in their first year of investing he advocates a more methodical and intentional and calculted approach that can be used in any market.

It works. He has a following of people who are successful REI.

On his YouTube channel he brings in other experts who do deep dives on othwr aspects of REI that he doesn’t have expertise in. He does this to help round out the education of the investors who follow him.

Zuber does not have a conflict of interest where he sells a $10,000 course or even a $2,000 course.

He does have a ORAAT course, but it is just a a a few hundred dollars to select out those who really want to commit to his methodology and learn from him and join his private ORAAT community.

Zuber’s focus is on the average worker who has a full time job and can only devote about 30-minutes a day of...

chris friesen: I find that any research or reading you do, you should come away with one or two ideas of how to apply them to your own situation. This book did that for me. I live in British Columbia and our markets are very different than that of the USA. However, the fundamentals are still there. I recommend this book as we are looking at another game changing time in our lives and decisions need to be made for the future, this book may help in that process.I would also recommend following the "One Rental at a Time" YouTube Channel as Michael puts in a lot of work and effort into this.

Vicki BoswellVicki Boswell: I found Michael Zuber on YouTube and really like some of his outlook and common sense approach he and his wife had as they managed to navigate through using a buy and hold strategy of Fresno California real estate. He chronicles the 15 year drastic cycles of the real estate market as they first tiptoed through buy a few single family homes then shifted into small apartment buildings. They did all this while employed and he actually was a traveling software salesman 100 days of the year but was determined and passionate to grow their real estate portfolio for eventual financial independence. His wife was eventually about to retire a few years ago and in 2018 he also quit his job to focus on real estate
Michael seems driven and passionate to make it happen. His easy read will help the reader get a good idea to see what is possible with perseverance even while working a full time job. He also hints to how a couple that is making great money and spending everything they make can choose to shift into saving and investing to change their futures. It is motivational to see an accountant then sales guy make this transition and with focus make it happen over the last decade and half....
