I like this but the sissy Alabama judges said the chicken was too spicy. Will keep this for parties, move to butter injection. Just want to say, this has a nice taste, it is the KCBS Alabama judges that are the problem. They are very narrow minded when it comes to taste and judging. Technically, I don't think food should be judged like this. No variety.

Product is everything as advertised. Used this on my Thanksgiving Turkey. Not sure why but I was surprised and happy to see that it came in a powder form. I did not need a lot and now can store and use later. This was my first crack at smoking a turkey and my guests loved the flavor as well as the moistness of the bird.
