TX Rancher: The book is excellent and accurate. Currently watching the events being played out on the world stage. Unfortunately, most of America has been so dumbed down and bullied into submission that they have no idea what will happen to them if they don't wake soon. Hard to reach people who's intelligence goes as far as their iPhone. I miss the warriors of past America who established a nation, eliminated slavery, and fought and won two world wars. Beginning with Nam, we have allowed the weak and the Godless to rule and it is killing our souls and our country. When even Viktor Bout knows why we are dying (Americans forgot their God and they forgot they were the shinning city on the hill), we have a problem and it's not being fixed with the current bunch in office. Excellent book.

Dee Arr: Wikipedia defines totalitarian as “…a concept used in academia and in politics to describe a form of government and political system that prohibits all opposition parties, outlaws individual opposition to the state and its claims, and exercises an extremely high degree of control over public and private life.” While America is not all the way down the road on the definition, there are glaring similarities between Wikipedia’s definition and events taking place in our country today.

Author David Horowitz addresses the political movement that has been present for years (even decades in some areas) and outlines the imminent dangers. While I was familiar with many of the incidents and people he talks of, it is always good to be reminded of what you know as well as gain new knowledge. One of the most interesting things I learned was that a person can say just about anything about another person, even if it is a brazen lie, and the courts have decided that this is difficult to be termed as defamation of character or slander as the courts have ruled that this is okay because it is freedom of speech.
