john: A great price for the best mouse I’ve ever had. It was purchased years ago and dropped onto tile floors many times and still works perfectly. The color lights add a nice touch. The manual says the battery can be charged 500 times before losing its charge capacity. Battery lasts a long time and can also be used while plugged in to save charges. Highly recommend.

Drew: I purchased this about 11 months ago and the mouse was working great- good battery life, cool design/lights, no complaints. Until around last month where the mouse on/off button broke. I immediately contacted their customer service for a replacement since its been less than one year. After a few emails back and forth, they sent me a replacement swiftly. However, in about 2 more weeks after using the replacement the mouse stopped working completely. I then went ahead and emailed them again and they replaced the mouse with a brand new one two days ago. So far so good with this 2nd replacement. All in all the mouse itself isn't the sturdiest having cycled through 2 replacements already, but their customer service is great. Ideally i would like to use this as long as possible as it gets the job done.

Rafael: En general es un mouse bonito práctico y de lindas luces, funciona bien, no se traba y puedes descargar su software para realizar perfiles de función sin embargo la rueda de desplazamiento fallo después de poco tiempo que lo compre, al querer desplazar hacia arriba se baja y viceversa o juega lo que denota que la ruedita no es muy buena.

Robert Armstrong: No dislikes. It's great that I can disconnect the charging for the day. I like that it sleeps when idle to save the battery charge. I would like more programmable buttons, but I'm hoping that the multiple profiles will compensate for that.
I like the range of cursor speeds with a single button.

C. CodyC. Cody: I just want to write this review to also compliment their great customer service. I brought this mouse in September 2018 and while it worked great I ran into a slight issue this past February 2019. The customer service was fast, prompt and truly took of the issue. I appreciate a company that answers their support and a company that talks to their customers. I will continue to be a loyal customer and now have a company I can turn to for my mouse needs. I know too often it can feel like a leap of faith when buying a product on Amazon but I can honestly say they are the real deal. If you need some solid working, does what it says, computer accessories this is a good company to start with.

I think the mouse is great as a responsive gaming mouse. The plus side is it is rechargeable with a quick charge time. The Colors are customizable with some software and look pretty. For the price and features it is better then logitech. I use this mouse for work actually and I love the feel of the it. Light weight, fast and durable mouse.

Chris W: Update: I bought this in Sep 2018, today after using this at work pretty much every day the mouse finally died. All the buttons still work, I just can't move the mouse anymore. Tried this at home on my laptop and still no luck. Still happy I bought it, was fun while it lasted.

After two (2) weeks of use I can say that the mouse works great. It is responsive, looks cool, and feels comfortable while using it. I had to recharge after the first week, which is no big deal as I plugged in the charger while working. I like the two buttons on the left side above my thumb which can back up or forward the web page I am working on.
I pack up my laptop and mouse at the end of each day, so we will see how the mouse holds up to being thrown in a backpack everyday.
