Amazon Customer: I am an elementary school teacher and was looking for water colour paper at a decent price. This is cardstock. When I painted on a test sheet, the water runs and the paper starts to warp the more paint that is added. Watercolor paper should absorb the paint as you are painting the picture, this does not and I noticed it took a long time for the paper to absorb. Do not recommend.

Char: I am learning watercolor painting and use this paper for practicing new techniques. It is good for this purpose, but tends to warp when using wet technique. This is fine since my goal is reputation, and using a higher end paper would in my opinion would be a waste. There’s a lot of paper for the money and that’s why I made this purchase. I’d say I would buy this again, but can’t imagine I will use it up any time soon!

Gail D. Whitter: For me this paper will work - I make small sketchbooks (for watercolour/ink) as long as you do not use alot of water should hold up okay ... I know other reviews rave about the product for watercolours, but I would be concerned with some warping. I would buy again for my purposes

CaitCait: Hi fellow artists! This paper is great! I would recommend it for beginners as well as for professional artist’s doing commissions like myself! It absorbs well and does not get soggy/shed. I have done very detailed paintings on this which takes lots of time, layers, and brushing and each sheet has held up quite well with each portrait I’ve done! The ONLY thing I could say that is wrong with this paper is the fact that it does tend to bend up a bit when it is drying. It can be flattened out. However, if you don’t have the time for that then this may be an issue for you. The quality is great. My customers love their finished pieces. They frame them as well! I think the value for your money is well worth it so I would highly recommend!
