Cookie: Fascinator hats are my newest go-to accessory because they polish an outfit while expressing your personality. This feathered three tier, two tone fascinator is well constructed with a sturdy headband. Be aware, this is large and bold fascinator and will command attention whenever the wearer enters a room or other location. As such, this fascinator is not for the shy, demure type who wishes to come and go unnoticed. I am completely satisfied and will definitely purchase another fascinator from SK Hat shop.
Update May 3, 2017: I wore this fascinator today to a retirement tea party held in my employer's conference room. I received dozens of compliments and after inquiring where I purchased this fascinator, a colleague ordered one from S.K. Hat Shop through Amazon.com.
