King: Only four stars because the on / off switch is tiny and hard to find by feel in the dark. But it works great and fits the bill of my golf hat perfectly.

OCOzzie: I play in a band that often has night gigs. Using a stand light isn't always practical, so I keep one of this with me at all times. Gives out great light and is very lightweight. I've recommended it to so many of my bandmates, that most of the brass section now used them.

kem: Great price and were delivered in a timely way. One of the headlamps has what appears to be a largely useless battery (very dim light) while the other is great. Took it out this morning to walk the dog and it was perfect. good light, broad enough beam without being too glaring. I did not expect to have to replace one battery right from the get go hence the 4 stars and not 5. If both units worked from the start this would be an excellent purchase. Also from reading the reviews, those people who complained that the light was too dim, probably had both units with bad battteries. If I did not have one working unit, I would not have known how good the lamp actually is especially for wlaking the dog and soon camping.
