Tiffany Z.Tiffany Z.: They are ok, they can be hard to blend

rosedaisylilyrosedaisylily: I bought several sets and all of them are great. I drew flowers with Tombow Dual Brush Pens directly on the paper without using palette or brush. It still looks like watercolor, kind of.

Paulyna Alvarez Romero: Son unos plumones muy útiles y con una punta especial

Jmcg: Mi hija esta feliz con sus plumones lo unico malo es que no dura mucho la tinta y hay que moderar el uso para q no se acaben tan rapido

Kasey Padron: I love these pens, as an avid Tombow user I am not disappointed. Colors look just like the pictured

Michelle: These markers are the best water markers I have used, and I have got plenty from cheap to expensive. The only gripe I would have is I bought all the packs that are available about sixteen packs thinking this would give me the complete set of the 108 markers maybe with a few spare which is good, but you don’t get the complete colour set of a 108 markers but it doesn’t, I now have to go and buy the separate ones missing to give me a complete set, a bit disappointing but great markers nevertheless

Shelly: My daughter wants to collect all of the different Tombow variety packs. She loves these colors. Another reason she likes these markers is because there are no strong overwhelming odor.

Emmy Pell: I would 100% recommend these. I picked up two gray tone markers along with some muted primaries at Michael's a few months ago to add some depth to my sketches. I liked them a lot, so I purchased the Portrait pack, Landscape pack, and the Secondary pack two weeks ago and have been using them since.
I use these mainly for sketching, as you can layer the opacity very nicely. With that being said, as any marker, there is only so much give to sketchbook paper before it starts to chew through it, but that does not bother me too much as I mainly use these for ideas of where i want colors/tones/shadows etc placed. (I would recommend bristol paper, or a hot-press watercolor paper for final pieces. I use mostly a mix media sketchbook and it works well enough.)
The variety of colors is what drew me to them mostly; although I do wish there were more pastel skin tones available, with different undertones. As of now they are mostly pink based. (Again, you can only get away with layering them so much before the paper gives out.)
The spectrum ranges from pastel, to highly opaque colors and they are extremely blendable being water based, so you can get away with purchasing a few, and...

JH: Bought a cheap set of these to try as I’d never used them before, and I was pleased with the results and ease of use; only drawback is the very bright colour selection, which is fine for cartoons etc but not for landscapes etc, so ordered these and I wasn’t disappointed. The colours selection is subtle and easily blendable too, and the brush heads are strong, unlike so many others, and the fine heads are just as good. Tombow do a set of 108 for which I am saving up ! Highly recommended.

I Do The Speed Limit: For those of us who get a bit overwhelmed when choosing from a huge assortment of whatever, this is a fabulous grouping of colors. The blues, the greens, the browns! All that are in this set of ten are such worthy colors. Have you ever gone to the TombowUSA website and browsed through all 90+ colors in this line? Yeah, well, I have done that, and I wanted them all.....No can do! This set brings me back down to earth--in a beautiful and economical way. And the set contains a blender (N00) too.

All I need now is to augment with some yellows, oranges, reds, and a few more greens. And, wouldn't it be grand if Tombow made up a "Sunset" set?

I love Tombow products. They have never, ever disappointed. The brush heads on these pens are wonderful to work with. They react to pressure and the angle with great precision. Just playing around with them is a pleasant joyful experience. Pigment in each color is superb, too. Can't go wrong with anything Tombow.
