This rebounder was easy to assemble. However, if you are a little on the frail side or lack arm strength, it may be difficult to spread open completely so a second set of hands may be necessary. The width is perfect for a woman of average height. If you are taller or are a man, you may need something a bit wider if you would like to spread your legs apart much. For my needs, it is excellent.

There are 3 things that make this trampoline satisfied to me. One is this trampoline looks and feels like great quality and actually is obviously perfect. The mat is comfortable and has flexibilty. The second thing is the assembly instructions are good, I can easy figure out the layout of the legs and where the handle bar goes. The third thing is compared to other trampolines, it not too loud the springs are when bouncing. In addition, the customer service is so good either. I have purchased an amazing rebounder that I am truly in love with.

After reading so many articles about recommendations on good rebounders and watching videos about the best rebounders in 2019 I definitely can say that I am happy with my purchase. It was very easy to assembled, its not heavy at all so you can easily move it around, I haven't installed the handle, I don't really think I need it, at least not for now. First time purchasing one and I love it! I dont like going to the gym so it was hard for me to find some workout that I really enjoy doing.
I bought mine about a month ago and Im already seeing results, mornings, 5 days out of the week for 15min to 25min. I feel more energetic, Im losing weight, all the muscles in my body feels tighten and I feel stronger, my lower back pain disappeared, and honestly my face even looks rejuvenated and like a said, its been only a month! At first I felt the rebounding kind of hard I guess it needed to break in, now its good, but it is noisy, doesn't really bother me because I play the music louder. If you also in the process of detoxifying like me I hardly recommend to get a mini trampoline.

Nice product quite sturdy if you just use the handrail for balance, it's not real firm. I don't think I could remove the handrail. Directions said there was a right and left side to the hand rail but they were not marked but they are slightly different sizes. The rest of the assembly was easy, it took 2 people to unfold, so it's not easily portable if you're a smal! person. The springs squeak which is not important to me. I like the 40 inch area. I believe it is well made, overall a good product. Adds another dimension to my workout and I can do it inside which is great.
