Robert from Alaska: I have used this product before. I love the mix of spicy and sweet, and routinely use this to rub salmon before searing and finishing in pan or oven. I used to make a similar rub for myself, but this large tub of rub is a good value compared to buying my ingredients here, and more convenient of course. Will buy again.
