Heather GHeather G: I purchased several clock pieces over the week, since the board was so thick I had a hard time finding a mechanism that would fit nicely with out putting a notch in the back of the board, this mechanism didn't fit (why I gave it 4 stars) but I love the hands, my clock is 25" and these hands fit perfect! Also I was impressed with shipping packaging, each hand had a tape over it, in a small bag and shipped in a box for no damage (others I purchased did t come that way).

Jerry Smith: This brand worked, after two other brands arrived and failed. It came with instructions, worked flawlessly. Unfortunately, the wire holding the clock on the wall failed about two hours after movement was installed. Even after falling off the wall, surrounded by broken glass and clock frame, the movement was still working.
Very impressed with this brand. Came well packaged and on-time delivery.

Big AlAmazon Customer: Clock movement matched exactly with a worn out movement in my existing outdoor clock. Only disappointment is that the gears are made of plastic/nylon and will inevitably wear out after several years. Spare new hands matched perfectly and replaced the original worn hands that fell off a the questionably designed original post and jammed the clock rotation thereby stripping the original gears. New post had a much better design to secure hands and hopefully then will not fall off.

confettibits: Needed to replace mechanism and hands for a 30” clock. Some reviewers claim this one is silent. However it’s not. Not overly loud, but definitely a ticking noise. If it gets any louder, will have to look for another mechanism.

The hands are a very close match to my clock’s old hands. Used a black Sharpie to cover the shiny silver, metal edges to give a more polished, finished look.

So far, it’s keeping good time.

M. W.: Das Uhrwerk hat kein sehr hohes Drehmoment, die Zeiger schaffen es nur dank Gegengewicht wieder auf die 12. Es tickt doch recht deutlich und nach einer Woche war der Akku (Eneloop!) bereits alle. Vorher hatte ich ein teureres Funk-Werk verbaut, aber da haben die Zeiger durchgehangen. Irgendwie sind diese günstigen Uhrwerke nicht für größere Uhren gemacht

Fun Couple: We had a large clock we loved which stopped working. This was a simple replacement and it is absolutely silent (unlike many!).

The hands are similar but different from our previous ones but the still match the style of the clock.

An inexpensive, easy way to rejuvenate our old clock! Very happy we found it!
