This table wa very easy to assemble! The instructions were easy, the pit is absolutely awesome. Kicks off enough heat that your comfortable in a cool evening. Love this fire table. Highly recommend.

the unit was easy to assemble. The metal is a little light, but should perform well. Instructions for lighting the unit were poor. Fortunately I have had propane operated devices and was able to ignite the heater. On reviews from other purchasers, this may have been the reason for not being able to ignite the unit.

I put it together fairly easily. i read other reviews about others having trouble building it, but I think they are not looking at the instructions carefully. Also you need your own AAA battery for the igniter which might not be be obvious as it looks like one should've been included. Hooked up a tank to it and works great. Perfect for smaller patio spaces.

Purchased one from Home Depot and had nothing but problems with it.
This was easy to put together, nice sleek design, has an igniter and stays lit. Metal cover is a nice touch.

This is a beautiful fire pit, my husband loves it! We also purchased the glass attachment that keeps the flame contained better. Don't need it, but overall, it is perfect.

After a number of exchanges with customer service I am now updating to a 5 star rating.
The service team was understanding of the cracked tile issue - likely due to shipping damage. The table is beautiful overall and functions perfectly fine otherwise. We reached an agreement on a fair compensation to rectify the issue vs going through the troubles of a full return on such a large item. I appreciate the product and more-over, the support received in dealing with this issue.
UPDATE: (2 star rating)
Second hairline crack originating from same corner is now apparent on day 2!
Seems the ceramic tile cant take the heat…literally.
Still haven’t heard from customer service, but perhaps the original review hasnt posted yet.

Just received today…Nice table overall but there is a hairline crack on the ceramic table top :-(
Hoping for Customer support to send a new top, or offer some cash back, as I dont want to send large/heavy item back. Please help
