Raffaella150: simply perfect,
top insulation,
light,
nice colour,

sadly my back needs a thicker mattress, so i had to give up on the lightness and solve the issue putting two pieces together to reach minimum 13cm.

J. Padilla: Man this thing is keeps you warm at night. Letting you use your sleeping bad as a quilt. Paired with the synergy sheet this is the warmest ive ever been camping in 40 degree weather. Now im tempted to do some winter camping! My suggestion is that its the most comfortable when its not super firm. Once you you figure out the inflation sack its easy.

Elias Neil: Super Matelas de Sol, je viens de l'utiliser pour le TMB (Tour du Mont Blanc) et franchement c'est une tuerie. Il isole super bien niveau température et est facile à transporter

F: Just back from the bush after 4 nights on the mattress at 0degrees. Stayed filled the whole time, was warm and very comfortable. Easy to inflate and packs down very small. Love it.

Anonymous Coward: Light, comfy, warm, slightly noisy.

I’ve used it for 60 days without issue. For protection, I put a closed-cell pad under it (which is a great camp chair anyway).

Filling it with the provided pump sack is awkward, particularly in a small tent, like when it’s raining. It takes me about 2:30 to fill it in the best situation. So, you might want to consider an electric pump like the Tiny Pump X (https://a.co/d/8G9yABh ASIN B0B1M6GJ9H)

It’s reasonably tough, but it’s no match for an excited dog. If you camp with your dog, be sure to cover it with something. When car camping, I cover it with a quilt. When the dogs are on the trail with me, I revert to a heavier and less comfortable mattress.

Someone: Ok, so, this was a tough choice b/c it's so expensive. All the magazine reviewers said it was the best, and they're right. The air tubes running perpendicular to the body mean each part of the body receives an appropriate amount of support. I've used it once on snow and about 18 days in a row as an air mattress while doing construction in an unfurnished house. It provided good insulation in the cold, but didn't overheat my body in 80 degree weather. It holds air with no leaks. The comfort excels, surprisingly so for 2 1/2 inches thick; make sure it fully inflates. Inflating happens rapidly; deflation occurred easily, too. The valve works well. The build feels of quality construction. The light weight impressed me. My one caution if you intend to sleep in the cold would be to get the 25" wide version so your elbows are insulated from the ground.

Mike: Inflated for the first time last night in my spare room to try it out - plenty big (I'm 5'11" and 230) and comfy. I could feel the heat immediately. Not too noisy as the NeoAirs (the orange ones, anyway) can be. At 50 I'm not going back to the Ridge Rest (which was plenty warm for 3 season) - this is my little bit of luxury in the northeastern forests.

It worked fine for back and side laying and with CCF pad under it, suspect it will be perfect for winter camping as well. Not the lightest, but easily as light as the Exped I had. The reason I switched from the Exped to this product is that the Exped has an annoying inflation nozzle and this does not.

Like all mats, it needs to be cared for to avoid punctures. I pack mine in a bivy rolled up with my sleep gear. It is never in direct contact with an outdoor surface.

Updated - I've spent 5 nights on it so far - down to 25ish two nights. Warm, very comfortable. Saw another on the trail as well and that guy loved it as well. It's a real commitment to blow it up, but once inflated worth every penny and ounce. This will be my go-to pad for the next couple of seasons, I suspect.

Mudhole: I am in love with this air mattress.

I have owned and backpacked with quite a few different brands and models of lightweight sleeping pads before, but it was finally time to "go big or go home". I'm a larger framed guy, so comfort is something important to me that not many backpacking sleeping pads can provide. At 6'1" and 235 lbs, a thinner pad just won't cut it. I sleep in various positions, so being able to side sleep and even stomach sleep are very important to me.

I tried the lightest closed-cell foam pads (Z-Lite Sol to start), and it was extremely lightweight but just not enough cushion to get a full night's sleep. I could stay comfortable for maybe 1 hour on a pad like that, and then the sore spots started to show their ugly heads. In trying to keep weight at or below a pound for lightweight backpacking, I used pads such as the Klymit Static V which rolls up very small and is a rugged pad for its weight and low cost. It did the job, but I woke up frequently throughout the night to re-adjust my sore spots.

In addition, I knew the R-value was going to be a very critical issue since I sleep with a down quilt and not a traditional...
