Bo: Stick with Bitcoin and you can't go wrong. I made a mistake trying to buy too many Alts and not taking profit out when I could. The book pretty much tells you to stick to Bitcoin as it's the only real crypto currency and it's true !

Hayley: Learned a fair bit from this book to be fair. Whether I will invest in it.... Well the jury is out on that. It was worth reading to at least have the knowledge of that time comes.

Suzanne Gilson, Realtor: I've read this book twice and recommend it to anyone wanting to learn not only about Bitcoin, but Crypto currencies in general. Additionally, the Author expresses the importance of evaluating companies in the stock market, clearly not just pushing Bitcoin. Of course he touts storing your keys on hardware wallets and offers numerous links to video tutorials. In a fast moving market like Bitcoin and Crypto, one can experience information overload, this book is concise and easy to understand.

jp: Liked the book, and the general sense of direction. It emphasizes BTC all throughout, yes its a BTC book. However, I disagree with one commandment out of all "don't speculate." All crypto$ are speculation, including btc being poised to become the gold of the 21st century. We got a ways to go, and the drawdowns and volatility just confirms that the thing (however one interprets it) is far away from being a certain long term decentralized currency network. Things don't run for free, everyone will charge a fee in any economy and as long as there are nations and not a single entity, decentralized currency will run within an anarchist realm. Regardless, good book I recommend reading it before the end of 2022, after that who knows what changes....

TheBullMooseReport: It gives some facts, it tells a little bit of a story, but if you're looking for something that will help you understand how to purchase Bitcoin, or store it, or understand security aspects of how and why, this is not the book.
I haven't been able to find a good book out there yet, that will explain effectively what are the best ways to purchase bitcoins or other virtual currencies, how to store them, what the dangers and drawbacks are, or even the advantages except in very loose terms.
It would be really nice to get a book out there for beginners, to explain to them how bitcoins are created, why there's a limited number, and then the technology behind the different currency exchanges and coin repositories.
Also something describing and exploring storage devices.
There is a case of an individual who stored several bitcoins, their digital signatures on a thumb drive, and then accidentally through it away. It's now worth more than a million dollars I believe, and he's been digging through piles of garbage over in Europe and trying to get permission to excavate a garbage dump.
It would be nice to explain to people why this happened, and why he can't...

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Though this book is small, around UK A5 size and about 90 pages of text (though the first six pages give free links to videos on other areas of investing), it keeps to the key points in directing the reader to what they need to know for starters. I knew a certain amount about Bitcoin and had considered buying a small amount. But the act of doing it, where to start, and how to actually do it, via exchanges and crypto wallets, was always daunting enough to put me off. But this book gives you that, the practical as well as the background history to Bitcoin. Gives all the essential information to get started (and I did). I also liked that it has a chapter on how to keep bought Bitcoin safe, probably the second most useful chapter after the one on how to buy. The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars was because some of the screenshots of websites and charts are a little small, and a little faint in places, but that's to be expected for a small softback book and they are still readable. Overall I am very happy with this book and would recommend it to anyone with little or no knowledge of the subject.

ME: This is a most informative and interesting book. I have read a couple of other "must reads" on Bitcoin and I have finally began to realized what a major game-changer Bitcoin really is. This book was the 3rd book I've read and I found it to be an excellent source of practical advise.
In fact I have recommended all three books to my closest friends and family. In doing so I summarize these books this way. The first book (What's the big deal about Bitcoin?) is an easy read and great intro. The second book (The Bitcoin Standard) is a classic must read and is surely NOT an easy read but absolutely necessary. And the third book (The only Bitcoin investing book you will ever need) is an excellent book that brings things into a proper perspective. The book is readable without overly simplifying a complicated subject but at the same time it does a great job of explaining concepts without bogging down in the complex issues that often surround cryptocurrencies.
I found it to be a valued addition to my growing library of books on this subject. I highly recommend it.
