Brittnee Harrison: My son is taller and more of an athletic build. Standard sizing was not cutting it anymore. Store brand 8s were too big, 7s were too small. I got him an 8 slim in these and they fit perfect! They are also standing the test of time for my rough housing boy. Typically his jeans have holes after a few wears. No holes yet and they wash really well!

Bman: They looked like they would have been comfortable if they had fit. Length was great but even though I got these in a husky size, they were way too tight. I don't think buying them in the next size up would have helped. My son has thick legs etc. and the straight-leg husky size fit him nicely, and gave him plenty of room in the legs.

megan davidson: These are cute, but run a bit small and the legs are very small. Nearly fit over my guys feet and he is tiny. Would recommend sizing up one size.
