I prefer the robust flavor of these tea bags, as compared to "wimpier" tasting teas in my area.
The round bags seem to hold a larger amount of product, which no doubt contributes to the fuller-bodied taste of this tea.
In the summertime: iced teas made with this brand do not dissappoint....and in the cooler months the tea pairs well with a splash of milk when preferred.
I also prefer the bags with no staples, tags, or strings...as l maintain a household mulch pile for gardening uses and the residual compostable products after using is 100%.
Win/win for both me AND Mother Nature.

TM Conway: Several weeks back, I tried a variety of black (and smoked) teas for a blog posting. I had cut back on coffee and was drinking more tea. I have come away with this as my favorite. I used to drink Bigelows, but this tops that one in taste, quality, and price. I like this tea so much that I have just about completely given up coffee. This has a nice strong flavor without being bitter. If I were to relate this to coffee, this would be in the Dark Roast/Robust variety. The bag makes all the difference. (Also, I recently read that brewing the tea in a microwave releases more of the tannins and good stuff into the water.)

I now have more tea than I ever deserved to drink. This drink reminds me of the tea I commonly drank in my visits to the UK - the same brand and style as the black tea served over there. This is from the US, however, so no, it's not an import per se. Regardless, I'm loving this and it's had stamps of approval from my Welsh family.
Also consider PG Tips, by the way. The main difference in my opinion is strength. PG Tips is much blacker and stains easier. PG Tips are a great replacement for coffee drinkers. I chose Tetley because it's more of a casual drink - you can go through this throughout the day and night and not get wired or have it be too strong. I also don't like to put milk in my tea, so Tetley is more appropriate. PG Tips requires milk unless you prefer to assault your taste buds with strong flavor (an experience I relish in spirits, rather than tea).

Peter Reeve:
I am not one to play the race card, but when it comes to tea I stand firmly on my Britishness. Tetley's British Blend is real tea, not the pallid, anemic apology for tea that skulks in silly little bags (twee bags) with strings and tags and staples and other absurd paraphernalia attached, in a vain attempt to disguise the uselessness of trying to extract any vestige of taste from the contents. These are round, robust bags that sit purposefully at the base of the cup and mean business. They contain real tea with real taste. Make sure the water is boiling hot when you pour it on, give the bag a minute to soak - encourage it with a little squeezing - then add a drop of low-fat milk or a slice of lemon and enjoy a true cuppa, taking time to sneer at the poor, deluded fools around you, sipping at their pathetic rosehip infusions or vanilla flavored Lobsang Souchang Rama Gupta, or whatever it is.
The shelf life is long enough for you to buy it in bulk, and Amazon's price is good, so treat yourself to a proper cuppa. Coffee can only start your day. Tea can make it.

Amazon Customer: I've been drinking this blend for about 5 years now, and I just love the smooth cup of tea it makes. No sugar or cream needed. Even if you leave the bag a tad too long, it doesn't bite back! The round shaped bags seem logical when you consider that they float, and therefore fit perfectly in the space provided. A 5 min steep is perfect, and you can get 2 cups out of one bag if you go a little lighter brew!
