K: These cookies are hard and crunchy so beware of crumbs. They are so very good and buttery and lemony. If you prefer your cookies a little softer, I have found that opening the cellophane pack and letting it sit for a bit softens the bite (which my elder friends say makes it easier to munch on). We all love these so much.

Dick: I have just started to live gluten free. It has been hard to find treats that are as good as Tates cookies. The lemon are very good, but I love their chocolate chip cookies.
