Pat: This scale is SO small. I’m 5’3” and wear women’s 9.5 shoe (US) and my toes hang completely over the edge.
Also, be sure to read the instructions all the way through before using it or you may end up programming it multiple times before getting it right.

▸Como ya se ha comentado en muchas opiniones, es súper completa y da más mediciones que otras marcas por lo general (peso corporal en kg, %grasa, %agua, peso huesos en kg, 🔝 puntuación grasa visceral 🔝 , metabolismo basal en kcal/kj, cálculo edad metabólica en años, tu nota del 1-9).

▸Es muy muy precisa la medición de grasa. En el gimnasio tenemos una profesional de como 2000€ y un día me lleve esta para comparar y solo variaba algún decimal, probado en varias personas. En tu casa, lo que has de hacer es pesarte siempre mismas condiciones: por ejemplo por la mañana tras ir al baño, como un análisis de sangre. Si te pesas después de comer o después de entrenar, no podrás hacer un seguimiento preciso (además peso musculo variará por ej.).

▸Precio muy competitivo para las prestaciones/calidad que ofrece, teniendo en cuenta la calidad y prestigio de esta marca.

Nicla Notarangelo: Una bilancia essenziale dalle dimensioni compatte, ultra light e dal design semplice e moderno, perfetta per chi ha poco spazio e preferisce oggetti non ingombranti e non invadenti dal punto di vista estetico.

Una delle bilance impedenziometriche più economiche, include funzionalità avanzate (% di acqua, grasso totale e viscerale, massa ossea e muscolare, metabolismo basale, età metabolica, livello di attività fisica) ad un prezzo concorrenziale ed è ottima per iniziare a controllare la propria forma fisica in maniera più scientifica.
Niente a che vedere con bilance "smart" nella stessa fascia di prezzo che hanno app e ammennicoli di vario genere ma che alla fine restituiscono misurazioni a dir poco "fantasiose".

Manca dunque una connessione con lo smartphone per memorizzare il peso e gli altri dati misurati dagli elettrodi, ma personalmente ho risolto con un'app gratuita di terze parti per la trascrizione manuale dei valori, in modo da avere lo stesso grafici e un diario continuo.

Le misurazioni sembrano precise e coerenti, non ho riscontrato anomalie né fluttuazioni dei valori, non delude le aspettative legate al brand...

Paul M: If you buy this, you may open up the box and think you're being shortchanged. Reason for this is that it's very small and one would perhaps expect something more substantial. Don't let this put you off though!

My previous Tanita scales I thought performed wonderfully but the main issue for me is my bathroom tiles aren't huge so the feet of those scales had to rest on more than one tile. This wouldn't be a problem if the tiles were 100% level but this isn't always the case and certainly not with mine. Don't get me wrong, the tiles look fantastic but there's always some very slight deviation. This means that when the scales were moved, I'd weigh a bit more or a bit less. Odd that because just shifting the scales with my foot shouldn't really burn calories or make me put on muscle that quickly!! The deviation could be up to 0.6lbs so to makes things more consistent, I made a couple of light marks on the tiles so that the scales were in the same place (or thereabouts) each time. Still though, any tiny deviation from this would give me a different reading.
