jlr: I like that I can adjust the jump rope to my style and length. It is very light weight and too some getting use to but after that I love it. It is easy to maneuver.

Dr. Sue: It is much easier to use a rope that is adjusted for your height. Though it is a little hard to do, this can be adjusted which will make your work out much easier and more enjoyable.
