Desert Gypsea: I have this brand paint in the multi color cakes and they are awesome for body/face painting! Used them many times at festivals, parties and recently on my daughter's 16th birthday glo party. The teens absolutely loved it! I will be taking this palette to a large festival and painting myself and my camp mates up so I will be noting how far each cake goes with daily use for 10 days. The paint lasts all night and into the next day if you don't get too wet and/or rub it. Washes off easily with warm water, soap and a washcloth. Highly recommend

Kkasket: The colors work wonderfully in uv light, easy clean up and stayed on well. My only complaint about these smaller collections is the price for the actual amount of paint that you get. I used this palette only once after I bought it, and painted small designs on someone (basically squares). Not that many of them. I used the blue and red, and the blue was almost gone from just doing the equivalent of painting one face. The containers and space inside takes up way more than the actual paint that's in them - I do like how they are removable and you can switch them up, but I would trade all of that for more of the paint itself (without buying giant separates). I wish I could find an alternative that would be worth the price; it's good paint, but I feel a bit ripped off.

E. Vandyke: I'm a former make up artist, and I'd been sorely missing my old Kryolan Aquacolor neon body paint, but it is harder to find these days so I decided to give this a go. I was very hesitant about the price.

Everything had been nicely packaged, and I was pleased to find that the palette was bigger than I'd anticipated. The two brushes included (square and tapered) are very soft and well made. The colours in the palette look brighter than they showed on the screen (which you'd hope for, buying neon colours and all).

You only need a tiny bit of water to get a lot of paint here. The colour applies quite well, it's not perfect but it is at least (if not more) as opaque and effective as the Kryolan palette. The green, blue and purple are lightyears ahead of the Kryolan palette, appearing bright and opaque easily.

I've only seen these under a makeshift blacklight (a laserpod set on a blue setting). They all glow brightly, but something has to be said for how amazing that green is. I can see myself basing a lot of body art around that bright glowing green.

It applies smooth and is mostly dry within five minutes. It is very smudge-proof when there is no water...
