21st Century Librarian: The cover is a durable material that resists moisture. It has been effective at keeping our bicycles protected from the weather. We travel in our RV about every other week and secure this cover over the bicycles on the bike rack on the back of the RV. When traveling in this manner, we have to use additional bungee cords to keep it in place.
When the bicycles are parked on the ground, the cover has an elastic bottom and an adjustable strap that secures the cover keeping it in place in wind and weather. This has worked well for us. In addition there are cutouts to allow for a bicycle lock to pass through and secure to a stable object outside of the cover. We have found this to also work well for us. Altogether, we are satisfied with this purchase.

Amazonuser1947492017: Used once to cover bikes on the back of a Ute. They were absolutely torn to shreds by the time destination was reached (approx 4 hours of driving). Holes everywhere and completely unusable. Don’t waste your money.

Amazon Customer: I was leery of buying this initially. Was presuming. It was going to be a very thin, material and ready to tear the moment. I put it on a bicycle. Was very pleasantly surprised. Heavy gauge vinyl. Everything double stitched. Extra room. Straps and elastic are excellent.
