Anon: Received the book and the back cover was torn. This is for my violin lessons. I am weird about my books so a bit bummed that the back cover was torn - it doesn't appear like it was a problem with shipping but rather it was happened prior to being shipped. The material will come in handy for my lessons.

Le CD comprend des enregistrement d'une très grande qualité de la virtuose Hilari Hahn, qui permet de saisir les nuances de jeu, d'intensité, d'attaques.
Ce livre a permis l'obtention de progrès significatifs, gratifiant. Le seul bémol que j'ai trouvé, c'est le nombre de pulsations insuffisantes avant chaque début de morceaux, ce qui est trop juste : on est obligé de hâter la prise en main de son instrument dès que l'on fait jouer le fichier, ce qui est très inconfortable.

EndreEndre: I'm slightly unsure what I am reviewing here, is it the material (well known since many many years), also I don't have other editions to compare to but this is the version I bought - I don't know what 'international' version means in this context but seemed a safe bet - perhaps because it has explanations in 4 languages: english, french, german, and spanish. It also comes with a CD, although there are many Suzuki recordings available everywhere it's so easy to find the piece to listen to.
I was surprised to find this must be a very new version as it has Hilary Hahn performing.
I don't know if they really can guarantee it or there are older versions too with someone else, and it's not super important but it was a nice touch.

Carlos Eduardo Carrasco: Now books 1-3 have Hilary Hahn's recording. I liked that change.
