I purchased a smaller Cosco carseat for less money and got what I paid for. The other seat was not padded, impossible to install, and I felt my daughter just didn't fit it right. This seat is amazing! There is extra padding on all sides of the seat. The seat does not wobble back and forth when installed. It is very lightweight and not bulky to move around when changing from car to car. My daughter outgrew the baby carrier and I was so bothered I wouldn't beable to find something that I would feel comfortable with her being in while driving. This however, makes me happy and I feel she is safe, comfortable, and secure.

We LOVE these car seats. They are compact, super comfortable, and easy to adjust and install. They are also super light to carry. Our package came with attachable cupholders, however ours do not have the place you are supposed to hook them. It said not all models work, and we don't mind. It makes the back seat much more roomy, and the middle of the seat folds down as a cup holder, so it's fine. For the price, these are AMAZING. Fits both my 4 year old, and 2 year old (36lbs and 30lbs) I'm sure my 2 year old could comfortably rear face, but he gets car sick, but with the anchors it feels extra secure. I highly recommend these!

After reviewing lots of car seats, checking consumer reports and other sites, this seemed like a great fit. It’s a good price but highly rated for safety. Spending hundreds of dollars doesn’t ensure your child’s safety which isn’t how these products are marketed. It was simple to install and is easy to get a child in and out. As they grow, it has gotten harder to keep the straps tight, but I don’t know that that’s a flaw of the seat so much as a sign the child is close to needing a new seat or configuration.

Our primary car seat is a big, heavy convertible car seat so we needed a more compact, lighter weight one to take with us on vacation and ultimately use in our second car. I looked at a lot of lightweight inexpensive car seats recommended for traveling. I chose this one because of the ability to remain rear facing longer (my daughter is 20 months) and it seemed more comfortable as it includes padding/foam that was not included on other lightweight, inexpensive car seats I looked at. My daughter seemed pretty comfortable in it, except it doesn't have as much head/side support so I found her slouched over when she fell asleep.
My husband tested it in his car before we went on vacation and he complained that he had a hard time getting a snug fit using the latch system (unlike our other car seat). However, after several tries he finally got it tight. Due to it's light weight, it was easy to carry through the airport (we didn't use it on the airplane so I can't comment on that). We used it rear facing in mid-size/standard rental cars and it fit well, but again took quite a bit of effort to get a secure fit with the latch system.

I saw these at costco and decided to get one. They were out of them at the store so we looked online. These are cheaper on Amazon since we got free shipping, so we just got it from here.
I hated our previous graco car seat for smaller babies, such a pain to deal with and really uncomfortable for my baby. This one has lots of padding, removable head and bottom padding too. We specifically got this color since it's darker and will hold up better to see-able stains.
It was easy to install, the same size as our other car seat, and baby likes it fine. We did have some problems with one of the straps not tightening the same as the other one, so one would be super tight and the other loose. It was our fault as it was a little tangled underneath. Fixed that and now it tightens just fine.
Haven't had any problems with heat due to fabric, baby is comfortable and we trust the car seat for it's safety.
