cryburycrybury: I have been cutting my husband’s hair and the hair of my 6 boys for 25 years and have replaced many sets of clippers. I can say without a doubt these are my favorite! They are light and easy to hold and when I am cutting head after head of hair I don’t feel like my arm is going to vibrate off!! I like that they are cordless but the battery indicator is so helpful. The charge seems to last a long time. I bought some larger size guides from Wahl that fit perfectly so I can still get an even cut on my guys that like their hair a bit longer. It’s a great product! Good quality and a great price! I would recommend this!

C. Blount: This is my first time ever buying hair clippers online, and I gotta say that I'm very impressed with the performance of this product for the price. It feels rather durable and I like how the clips snap onto the clipper compared to the previous ones I've been using for years. Battery life appears to be decent too; I took probably 2 hours learning/practicing to cut my own hair and it only went down to about 80%. Other than that, I didn't have any issues worth noting.

Overall I'd say this is a good startup clipper if you're not sure what to get. The kit is really simple and ready to use, so no complaints there. I don't know how it compares to other clippers, but I'm hoping that this'll last me for a very long time.

Fella: I started out using a set of small beard trimmers to cut my own hair. It was a couple months into the COVID quarantine and my hair was getting ridiculous. So I just went for it. Took my best guess at a guard length and attacked it.

My wife was sitting right there and commented right away, "Okay wow, you're just going for it huh?" It turned out okay, honestly. Cutting your own hair with beard trimmers is not ideal, though. At all. I was trying to do a nice looking long fade too. I got it to where it was passable and a bit of hair product could cover over imperfections pretty well. It was taking forever, though, and my beard trimmer was just not sharp and precise.

Once I got this proper set of clippers everything changed so much for the better. These blades are so much sharper and more precise than a beard trimmer. Plus, they're larger so it takes less time to cut my hair. It probably has cut my time in half so far, and as I get better at cutting my own hair I'm getting faster.

I do a 6/5/4/3 fade--so pretty long on the fade spectrum. My hair doesn't look buzzed or faded when I'm done. Just wanted to mention that you can cut your hair like that in case anyone...
