Jennifer M. Rodriguez: For about 2 months we've ordered from different brands and companies deck boxes and storage bins. All of them were not as described or had parts missing. Then we found Suncoast brand. This company is awesome. Made in the USA, instructions were clear and they couldn't make it easier to assemble. The packaging doesn't have a million pieces of plastic and foam so it's easy to clean up after. Pieces are easily labeled, no stickers. The storage units basically click together and for large items, like deck boxes, there are few screws. Go to Suncoast website, select the item you want and then it tells you were you can buy it. We ended up getting an outdoor trash can, a deck box and this small storage.

Terry H.: Assembly instructions booklet missing pages, likely misprint. Box snaps together, no tools needed, quick assembly but a bit flimsy and not well aligned/engineered (lid doesn't align very well). It's ok.

Lynne: This is my second of these deck boxes. I keep the boxes on my backyard patio and they hold outdoor furniture covers, freeze covers, and pillow covers. Everything stays dry and so far, nothing inside has mildewed. The boxes double as much-appreciated side tables. I would not use them as seats; they do not seem sturdy enough to support anyone but a small child. I set a butterfly habitat on one; it is sufficiently large to hold that.
My only complaints about this bin are that upon arrival, (1) I spotted a small split on on the side pieces, where it inserts into another side piece. I hope that connection holds up. Since I don’t plan to set anything heavy on top of the box, I am cautiously optimistic. (2) one edge on the back of the top has a spot that is warped. It looks as though it was exposed to high heat. I don’t see that it would affect the deck box’s functionality or durability, since we do not sit on these boxes. I am not planning to return the deck box as a result of those flaws, but it does make me wonder whether someone may have owned this deck box before me.
