Jaye: I usually get the Lipton Black Peach Tea Bags from Amazon. They were out so I just got the regular Lipton Tea Bags. I was looking for a Peach Flavoring for my Tea. Boy Oh Boy did I find it!!! This is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I absolutely love it! The flavor is so crisp and fresh. Even Lipton Peach Tea Bags can't compare. I'm NEVER going to use anything else. It also has use for baking. I'm going to order an extra bottle just in case they run out. Do yourself a favor and indulge!!!

Lolly Ann:
I ordered this to bump up the flavor of my ice tea. The peach flavor was just what I wanted.
Mixed with peach nectar made my iced tea superior.

Trinity:
The aroma is poorly similar to the peach. It is very strong. My cake tasted awful instead. It was inedible.
I find it disappointing instead.

Shelley: Doesn’t much taste like a peach, but it’s not bad

Wolf Stampe: Takes a ridiculous amount to flavour a single glass of sofa. Weaker than juice. Poor labelling makes me wonder if vendor is selling diluted bulk product as the product is very inconsistent.

Chris: Added to a Peach Berliner Weisse homebrew along with peaches to give it some extra kick. Initially it tasted a little off, but has mellowed to a great flavor. Looking to see what other peach beers I can brew, and maybe just use the extract next time, no fruit.

J.N. DiPietri, P.E.: I bought this extract to enhance the peach flavor of my home made peach wine. I always buy the fruit at the peak of season, and for us here in Missouri, the local peach orchards are in full harvest during the dog days of August. Flavor enhancement in fruit wines is sometimes necessary because in the fermentation process of converting sugars to alcohol, some of the fruit flavor is lost. In my beginning years of wine making, I turned out quite a few batches of what tasted like pure mountain dew, sans any fruit flavor at all. I later found out that this fruit flavor loss can be mitigated if you stop fermentation when some of the residual sugars are still present. In my case, I just wanted to try a batch with a bit of flavor boost. I added the extract in the amount of 1 oz. per 3 gallon carboy of the finished wine just before bottling. Since there are no instructions or suggestions given on the extract bottle, this was just a wild guess. Turns out I guessed pretty correctly. When opening the bottled wine, the wine has a very pleasant fruit bouquet, and the flavor was passed into the taste as well. With residual sugars left in the wine, I ended up with a...

Majababy: Not at all what I expected. The smell and taste is more aligned to cough syrup or cheap candy that anything that resembles peaches. I usually use a peach flavored syrup for my peach ice tea but thought I'd try this because its easier to transport. I was grossly dissappointed. Everyone complained about the flavor. The kids thought I added cough syrup to the ice tea. They poured it down the drain. I'll stick with the syrup I normally buy.
