This RAD Arm Blaster is the perfect machine for building strong biceps and triceps. Its adjustable straps provide a comfortable fit and correct posture, while its neoprene padding prevents rashes around the neck area. This machine is ideal for building lean, muscular arms and enhancing bicep muscles. It has been rated highly for its effectiveness, build quality, value for money and overall satisfaction. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to build the arms of your dreams!Ritcho: No real beef with the product. My shoulders aren't very wide, so I expect many would fit poorly. Being a slimmer dude, I've got no padding. If you're like me, get ready to sacrifice some wooly socks or it'll be sufficiently uncomfortable...

Chris: I bought another more expensive one from Amazon, but this RAD one beats the other product in every way. It is comfortable to use and the build quality is great. I also like the different color and patterns that it offers. I am very happy with this product.

Shamsa Habib: Awesome addition to the garage gym! Crushed biceps today and was amazing! Not so much of a tricep product but still a great product nonetheless!

Rosemary Houlihan: Bough it for my son. He loves it and uses it in his workout rotation.

Kevin Miller: The media could not be loaded. Good inexpensive training gear. Good finish, no burs or metal shavings. Cheap strap and thin pads. I would recommend it for beginners.

Lee: Always was curious about these. They do seem to work and have their merits.
I don't find it terribly uncomfortable as some have, but you can drape a couple small cloths over the pads for extra comfort.

NAF: Works great for me (6’3 260). Terrible for my wife (and she’s the one who really really loves it). She’s 5’2 and 105. Smaller sizes would be awesome. Really really helps people who don’t lift a lot get a great biceps workout. Amazing tool.

Tony C.: I shouldn't complain as it's not an expensive piece of equipment by any stretch. The only negative feedback I have is the strap seems not very good quality. It is a bit flimsy but does the job. The other thing to note is the part where your elbows rest is only lightly padded, maybe 1-2mm of padding. If it had better padding, it would be more comfortable.
The metal part is very sturdy and should last a lifetime.
Again, at this price I shouldn't have any complaints. Overall I'd say it is good and does the job at a reasonable price.

Eagle VisionEagle Vision: I have been using resistance band training recently, and I wanted to use something to isolate the biceps curl to another level.
This is a curved plate that places your upper arms in a fixed position, limiting the user’s ability to use momentum to swing the barbell or bar up.
From my first workout, I could feel the isolation to the biceps and brachialis muscles, rather than the deltoids and forearms.
In the mirror I could definitely see a difference as I brought the weight/resistance up.
It is very similar in isolation to a preacher curl exercise that you would use in a gym.
The straps are thin. Neck Padding is adequate. Padding on the front is also adequate.
I do like the plastic cinch buckle. It’s easier to secure than straps through a loop in ones I have owned in the past.
I’ll update the review regarding durability as I continue to use it.
Overall it’s a nice design. I can feel the muscles it was intended to work.

GioGio: I gave this a try for the last few weeks. I was enjoying it, for how it can really isolate the bicep. However it can be very awkward to get into the right place after picking up the weights. Also when sweating it can be slippery… Recently while doing hammers my arm slipped out and it left quite the scratch (see pic) might be the end for this…
