MonetLover: This is a very tasty and quick/easy meal. I usually add extra frozen broccoli (purchased separately) to "beef up" the meal. I think the amount of the food included could be expanded a bit and a little extra sauce would be nice, since the price for these and similar frozen meals is fairly high. I have it on my list to buy again, so that speaks volumes about how happy I was with the item. :)
P.S. By the way, I never microwave similar meals in the plastic containers they come in; I prefer to cook them in a covered ceramic dish in the microwave, to avoid any possibility of plastics leeching into the food.
