Daniel: I first heard Ryan on the BiggerPockets Podcast and was very impressed. His story of how he maxed his credit cards to get into his first deal is so REAL life you have no idea! Unless you do, then you know what I am talking about! So, after learning about his story and listening to the whole podcast, I wanted to look him up. I found his personal website and saw all of the different companies that he owned in his flipping business. I ran my checks and verified someone of his public transactions. After my checks, I felt confident that this guy was legit so I purchased his book off of Amazon.
Now, I make it a point to read one book a week and listen to a podcast a day while dropping off my kids. I own multiple businesses and have flipped a few properties in the past and I am rapidly increasing my real estate portfolio. Ryan's book to me is more of a must-have guide. He breaks down the process step by step for beginners and then goes into more detail on his personal tips and tricks to find deals, fund them, and then build a team to help flip the deals.
This book is very easy to read and broken down into chapters that you can quickly turn to and get that important nugget....

Joey Fried, Realtor, Chicago, IL: Flip Your Future was one of the first books I have read on my own in a long time. I chose to purchase this book as I saw Ryan's growing success in the industry. After completing the book, I can say my life has been changed. This book has provided industry knowledge that even I did not know as a Realtor. I have become extremely motivated to further pursue my interest in flipping homes and becoming financially free. Ryan does a great job of breaking down his methods of success up to this point in his career. From the searching process for potential homes all the way to the closing, he explains it all. My biggest fear was not having the finances to get into flipping. After reading his book, I now know numerous ways of how to obtain funding without reaching into my own pockets. I have the confidence to negotiate with Hard Money lenders and private lenders knowing how they think, which will help me secure funds. I have a much greater sense of how to breakdown costs that go into flipping. Finally, with the knowledge from this book, I have no doubt in my mind I am already on the road of success. Thank you Ryan for producing this and actually wanting to provide this information to others....

Amazon Customer: MUST READ if you are looking to get started in flipping houses you NEED this book. Ryan does a great job explaining some of the basics that are below the surface and unknown such as how to find deals, how to fund deals, how to figure out repair estimates and costs such as money costs, holding cost, selling costs and other cost. There is so much info crammed into this condensed book, im going to read it again soon. everything you need to know to get started is in this book, and there is also some motivating talk and the authors story. 5 Stars. Since reading this book i was able to employ some of these strategies to close deals on houses which i wholesaled, sold to a client or worst case listed the house. yep, if you're an agent and following this program you are going to step into lots of listing situations. Sure we would rather buy or wholesale the house but if you get a listing its definitely at least a double. (2nd base)

Aurorann: It’s so hard to find clear, simple, precise and to the point works nowadays. People forget that they are writing business books and dive into literary ideals. Though I infinitely prefer fiction, that is not what I’m looking for when reading a book on business. I’m happy to say that the writer simply and clearly stated what worked for him. Nothing more, nothing less. No pretensions. I admire that. It’s a good basics book for new starters.
