Jill: I've been using these for my daughter every night for over a year now and had great success preventing overnight leaks. Marisa S.: Thank goodness for these inserts! My 10 month old son is a heavy wetter. We tried buying the biggest diapers, doubling them up, stuffing a cloth diaper under his snap-at-the-crotch onesie and over his extra large diaper to catch spillage, pointing his weenie down, etc. No matter what we did, he would wake up soaked in pee. Now we; use the sposie insert in his extra large overnight diaper, point his weenie down, AND tuck a cloth diaper under his onesie and over his diaper just in case, and he pretty much NEVER wakes up soaked in pee. It still happens, but more like once a month instead of every night. Totally worth it!
