The product works ok when it works, the problem is Creality Print and their app. They must be the worse piece of software ever written. The iPad app doesn’t work except for displaying half a screen of the video. The desktop app Creality print is a crippled version of Prusa. The WiFi printing feature occasionally inexplicably wont print even if the printer is on line. I’m frustrated, I thing your software engineers should go back to school!!

Where to start? Literally tried to get to work for a full eight hours!!! Wouldn't consistently connect to WIFI, and when it did, it would continually drop connection. Couldn't get the Camera to stay connected. Camera worked for literally 10 seconds, then dropped and couldn't get it work again. At times the TF Card (micro SD card) would be recognized, but like the camera and WIFI the TF Card kept "disconnecting" and not recognized by the box. And lastly, the Creative Cloud site was down at times adding even more frustration to trying to get the "box" to work.
Simply put, I am not speak for others, the box doesn't work!!! I am not computer illiterate and I tried everything to get it to work. I will give it another hour or two today, as my frustration level had maxxed out yesterday. But honestly, I'll likely be repacking to return. I'll update this review IF I GET IT WORKING.
UPDATE: Spent another two hours to try to get the "box" to work. But experienced more of the same. It's packed up and being sent back.

SDカードの入れ替えがめんどいので購入
スライスされたファイルならup出来るが、3dはstlファイル出力してからpcにてスライスしなければならない。
めんどくさい。ま、細かい設定したいから別にいいけど
2度同じ所で止まった事からエラーがある。(調べるのが面倒くさいから追求してない)
容量制限とかあるのかな？
カメラは面白いし今はこれでいいかな

Very easy to set up and print from phone or tablet using Creality Cloud App. I don't have to drag out the laptop to print anymore. Very satisfied with this product so far, no issues to report.

I was looking for a way to keep an eye on my 3D prints and bought this camera since it was supported. The camera works but is not the best quality but could just be the position I have the camera in. I am thinking of printing a support to have it closer but have not done it yet.
Sometimes when trying to view the camera in the creality app it takes a few seconds to show up. This is probably an issue with the app and not so much the camera.

Works like it's intended. Setup was easy enough. Not sure where everyone seems to be struggling. My Ender 3 V2 seems to be responding well to it.
Cons- When its plugged into the printer, it turns the printer on upon plug in. I haven't found an "on or off" feature yet if there is one. My problem is when I sent a remote print to it, the printer freaks out without having the switch on the back on too. (Things I just have to remember)
-The providesd cam is meh..... The quality and graininess of it at its "1080p" is not great. I run a reolink cam on my printer with night vision so I dont have to leave a light on and its 4K is much easier to look at.
(Keeping in mind price so the camera doesn't affect my review really more like a heads up.)
-Not really all about this whole social media with my printing on the app that seems to be shoved down your throat with this but its easy enough to avoid.
Pros- provided "meh" cam has an overlay in the app that can be resized and moved around during splice/ preping (heating up) and the start of the print. Which is actually nice to see it making sure it starts properly.
-cloud printing is easy...

The good news is that nearly all of these issues are software/firmware related and could be resolved, but at this price point, it hardly seems like Creality would make any money back ... so I'm looking into open source and Octaprint hacks that can make this box more useful.
The Creality Cloud dependency is both a plus and a minus. It's nice to be able to go to an external web site and upload a sliced file, then print it when at work. But they try to lock you into their ecosystem and keep nudging you to subscribe to their premium service.
