This is a seriously amazing radio. It woke up the stock 6x8 speakers in my 2004 Ford Explorer. I had no idea the potential they had. Ok, now for my review.

This was my first ever radio install, and I’m very proud of myself for getting it right, and with the help and a lot of YouTube videos, and forum research before I even got it in the mail, I knew exactly what to expect, and the tip everyone gives about using 12 gauge wire, is right on, I got a 100 foot spool of it for $12 locally, and a box of the screw type butt connectors at Home Depot, because my soldering gun died a year ago and I never got around to buying a new one, but anyways, those conectors wrapped in electric tape will do the trick till I stop procrastinating on getting a new soldering gun.

gilles gagne: Ne cherchez plus, voici la radio par excellence pour votre jeep tj. Le son est incroyable, plus besoin de pre-ampli. Avec ces 40 watt rms x 4 canaux, jumelées a un subwoofer Bazooka 50 watts vous ferez pâlir d envie tous ceux que vous croiserez. Tous les ajustements du système seront jumelées a votre Bluetooth et tres faciles a opéré. Le raccordement des câbles tres bien identifiés et simples a raccordé a vos câbles existant. Si comme moi vous possédez un JEEP TJ n hésitez par a acheté se modèle . Plus dispendieux que certains modèles sur le marché mais vôtre argent sera très bien investi. J ai reçu le miens quelques jours après la commande 5/5. N'oubliez pas de changer tous vos haut-parleur sur votre véhicule car 40 watts RMS c est puissant. Pour moi c est la radio par excellence.

mopar: MEX-XB100BT First impression WOW there still is a decent head unit made! Coming from the days when we had good quality eclipse head unit with 8v preouts such as the old cd5000 this sony does good but does take a little more knowledge then most units today. I tried a comparable kenwood and a pioneer and sent them both back! First the kenwood would not read flac files and nether did pioneer. Kenwood search function gave you random numbers and letters and the pioneer was painfully laggy. Non of them issues with this Sony! Now going from Eclipse 8v preouts down to kenwoods 4v i had to adjust amp gains up a lot! More then expected. Seemed to distort before i ever hit the level the eclipse could get to. The pioneer was even worse! Almost as bad as not even having a amp it would distort so easily. Hooking up this Sony with a 5v rating i expected to turn my amp gains up from the 8v of the eclipse and actually i ended up going down! This Sony is very close to the old eclipse in the sound quality and getting to the same volume without distortion as the good old eclipse. After many years of playing with car audio and more then 50 different head units i have never found any...

Amazon Customer: Great head unit! Handles the speakers well with a nice kick and space for more amps is always a positive.
Pity no remote control though for the price.
All in all, great wee investment and my wee system wouldn't be possible without this!!!

Ama10Ama10: Gracias a su software Songpal esta raido pasa a un nivel distinto de configuración.
Esta radio pasa a otro nivel, el sonido no pasa solamente en subir o bajar agudos o bajos, si no que entran en juego todas las frecuencias que van desde los bajos hasta los agudos.
en la parte trasera tenemos 6 rca dos de ellos dedicados exclusivamente para una etapa monoaural y con la conexión al bombo o subwofer.
También tenemos una salida para micrófono y otra auxiliar.
Delante tenemos la entrada usb.
Montada en un equipo con una etapara monoaural solo para subwofer, y con otras dos etapas alimentadas en vías separadas, el sonido es simplemente espectacular, es una delicia configurarlo bien y que suene muy muy fuerte y sin distorsionar.
En el apartado de colores, tiene infinidad de configuraciones dejándola a gusto de cada uno.
Producto 100% recomendado!

Eric: Una radio spettacolare per la potenza di 100W x 4 montata da un mese e perfettamente funzionante.
Confermo anche il giudizio di migliore autoradio sul mercato attualmente per qualità del suono, funzionamento del bluetooth ottimo, gestione del menù intuitiva e semplice.
Complimenti alla SONY per questa autoradio di prima fascia che personalmente credo superi per la prima volta come qualità marchi sicuramente più blasonati come ALPINE e PIONEER.
Solo due consigli per chi la volesse acquistare:
1) registrate il prodotto sul sito sony e controllate se non è da aggiornare il FIRMWARE poichè se non è aggiornato rischia di impallarsi e non accendersi (esperienza personale)
2) quando ascoltate la musica e l'autoradio rimane inutilizzata, inizia da sola a fare un focus su tutte le funzioni cambiando ripetutamente scritte e colori del display. Per evitare il tutto entrate nel menù, sotto la voce display (premete la manopola) cercate tra le varie opzioni quella con scritto DEMO e selezionate OFF così eviterà di fare tutti i fronzoli delle funzioni se rimane inutilizzata per un pò di minuti.
In conclusione ripeto, complimenti a SONY per questo...
