Slim, Secure Leather Wallet with RFID Blocking for the Modern Traveler

I decided to make this purchase because of how light-weight I knew this was going to be with the amount of cash and cards I'll be able to hold. I wanted something that blocked the signals mainly, but something slim and compact. The price was right and it seems rugged enough to last some time. If it lasts 5 years +, then it's a win for me!

DubsonicDubsonic: This is exactly what I was looking for; something slim, minimal footprint, and a light fit in the pocket. It's even lighter than my already slimmed-down aluminum business card wallet. At this price point, I have very little to complain about here. It even looks & feels a much higher quality than was expecting.

Quinn: Travelambo Front Pocket Minimalist Leather Slim Wallet holds three cards and one piece of photo ID. There are also three pockets. One large pocket for a bit of cash and the other two could probably hold another couple cards, business cards, receipts or whatever. Was really pleased when it arrived and everything, even the colour, matched the description and pictures.

Craftsmanship seems pretty. No hanging dangling threads. The stitching seems pretty solid as the wallet is held together really well. RFID features seem to work. I tried tapping my Presto card at the subway, and had to remove it from the wallet for it to work. Looks like leather, feels like leather, but doesn't smell like leather. There's ac acrid chemical smell to it, that was much worse when I opened it, but it is slowly fading.

35 yeasr of carrying my wallet, full of cards and receipts, in my back pocket. It's been a lifestyle change, as I constantly grab for my wallet, then panic thinking I have lost it. The flip side is that I carry what I need, only what I need. Mobile phone apps have made the need for physical loyalty cards redundant. Just use their apps.

Joe C.: I ordered two slim card cases that arrived today. I will say that they exceeded my expectations! I wasn't expectecting too much for the price -- I got lucky they were down to 6.95 when I ordered, so I took two.

Real leather, nice quality, and the color was exactly like the descriptive photo (Crazy horse dark brown-- in reality it's more like a medium or dark tan-- very nice!) Stitching nicely finished - no loose threads.

I don't know how durable they will be -- they are not as thick a hide as my Tumi wallet (120), but they are a fraction of the cost, and the leather has a nice feel to it.

Great for the price-- I am happy!

Homeschool Mom: I recently acquired a "Bandi" brand minimalist belt pack. My existing wallet was far too large to store comfortably or safely in its front pocket. I tried a aluminum sheath style men's wallet for several weeks, and eventually decided it was far too difficult to get cards in and out of and my paper money did not feel secure in its clip. This wallet is, by comparison, perfect.
One of my family members called it the "inside out wallet," and that's a good description. There's no bulk from folding covers or clasps, yet cards slide in and out easily, but never fall out accidentally. There is space in the center for paper money and even a few coins if you insist. And somehow it feels even smaller than the much less capacious aluminum one it replaced. Also, the color is my favorite.

LuisLuis: Well thought-out wallet at a fraction of the cost. I've been using the Alpaca zip pouch pro for about a year, I tried the Chums bifold and the Chums minimalist day wallet. None were able to hold over seven C.Cs and my license plus a little cash when necessary. I normally don't carry cash but this blue wallet can also hold a some cash in the center pocket.
Pros: This is a smooth leather wallet that's got a minimalist profile yet it's well thought-out pockets make it ideal plus its cost effective price point is phenomenal. There's plenty of space to accommodate most daily nesesities. It's very well constructed and it fits in most back, front or jacket pockets with a not so noticeable footprint.
I gave it 4 stars because I can't attest to longevity, I'm pretty hard on my wallets, but in pleased right now and I do recommend this wallet, if anything changes I will update this review. I purchased this wallet with my own funds, no freebies here, honest handymans review, hope this helps

TylerTyler: I first bought this wallet (in blue) almost exactly 2 years ago, after having bifold and trifold wallets for years, I fell in love with the minimalist style of this wallet.

Before buying this second wallet in coffee color, I actually bought a few other bifold wallets to try out that were pretty nice. Ultimately, I had gotten used to the simplicity of the travelambo wallet, and decided to order another one. It is a great size, and fits in my pocket well with keys or anything else like it isnt even there.

It has gotten wet, been thrown around and abused but it has held up. In the last few months, the pockets holding the cards started coming apart, which is why I had to look for another wallet. As you can see from the pic, it is weathered but still intact. I love the coffee color even more.

I would recommend this wallet. 5/5
