Tony: First let me say if you can find these at a local store, I would buy them there as the price Amazon charges for these is kinda steep. Next the bottles are smaller than I expected, but that is my fault for not paying attention to the ounces in each bottle.
All that out of the way, I gotta say that are pretty darn tasty! I was dubious on a couple of the flavors but I ended up liking all of them. The garlic one is pretty much a garlic mayo that would be good on burgers or fries. The chili lime and curry one both would be terrific on chicken skewers over rice. Not sure what to do with the fermented chili one yet, but I think it would kick up ramen or udon noodles.

Jon Green: My favorite is the gochujang sauce, which is much more creamy than actual gochujang. Everything is pretty good, but they're definitely using the same sauce "base" for all of these, which makes them all kinda similar. Still really tasty though.

wjh: These didn’t taste bad at all. But other than the curry flavor, it was impossible to tell exactly what flavor these were supposed to be. Might be fine as a mayo substitute on sandwiches or burgers. Texture was like mayo that had been slightly thinned.

I wish Kensington would make the Garlic and the Curry Masala flavors where you can order one off.
The ones I'd NOT buy regularly are the Korean aka Gochujang and the Chili Lime, but we WOULD buy them again.
We just don't eat as much of it as the other two bottles so it is a waste to buy all four when we only run out of 2.
Garlic we put on EVERYTHING!!!!
Make Keto Grilled Cheese with Garlic, love it! Cooks very well. We use it on burgers, hotdogs, and tacos.
Same with the Curry Masala.
They are all four, very VERY true to the flavor though in that you taste korean, indian and mexican flavor hints.
