Even if you supervise your dogs play and chew time, this can quickly happen...
The middle section of these bones is quickly gone.
Sparky loves to keep playing, chewing and tossing this bone around.
And then pulling it over his lower jaw.
Then it won't come off.
If it is a larger bone, then you can open his mouth and slide it back off.
If it is a smaller one, then it won't come off.
Then you are rushing a frightened dog to the vet.

scotmama3: This is a good product but you have to be careful that your dog's canine teeth will not fit through the marrow hole. My dog's did with one and I was unable to get it off. I had to take her to the emergency vet for help. Also, they are greasy so I boil them for a few minutes and cool them so the dog can eat them on the carpet without fowling it with grease

Bayka: First off the bat, I cannot say it's for every dog, but this product is pretty damn great!! I have three different dogs of different sizes and personality. The fact that the bones comes in multiple sizes is amazing and all three of my dogs loving them without having to steal from each other is wonderful. But the bones keep my dogs busy and occupy for quite some time (30 min to 1.5 hrs.). Having two aggressive chewers and one who doesn't even care for bones; this product kind of meets requirements for all dogs! The only downfall is the mess of from the bones when you open the package, which isn't a big deal, but a heads up for those buy it!
