Crystal: These are Great underwear if your looking for support without the shapewear feel. They hold you in with out giving you muffintop or the tightness of shapewear. The are soft and very comfortable they don’t ride up either. I’m 180lbs and I get the medium for the extra support and they don’t roll down or give me muffintop. I highly recommend these underwear.
