Amazon refunded my money so I change rating.
After only using this pen for guests to sign in for a couple of hours it no longer will extract the ball point. I sent message of the issue to company and got no reply. Tried a second time and hope I prevent someone else from buying this bad quality product. Customer service must not care since they don't reply.
