Elizabeth: These are wider at the bottom than they appear in the picture. We had to return them because my son wouldn't wear them. Otherwise, they are fine. They are a little more boot cut than you would think from the picture.

Customer2202: They are relaxed, and slightly wide-legged, but still a great fit for a slim child when you want to switch it up from the usual skinny jeans. I ordered the size 14 for my son who is about 5’4” and they’re just barely long enough but they’ll work. Also, very very soft! Would purchase again but just in a bigger size.
