BMM: Because they are dried, I didn't have a sense for how big the pieces would get when added to soup. My first time using them, I put in way too much, but it was a pleasant surprise as to how many servings from the small package. When I over poured, and they had absorbed the soup, I took the excess out and it worked well as a seaweed salad. I'd definitely buy again.

LikesToRead: The media could not be loaded. I like that I can sprinkle them on top of eggs or a salad. Soaked in boiling water they taste just like the ones in miso soup. If you let them sit in the boiling water too long they get kind of rubbery so be careful of that.
