I am very happy with the bookshelf... it is attractive, holds a good number of books and is made of solid components. IT IS CRUCIAL to the Process - make sure you line the holes up like the instructions, else it will not work and you will have to take it apart and start over.

Pretty basic assembly. It is that particle board type material, not real wood, obviously at this price. The design on carpet is wobbly and not going to tear up my walls drilling it into the wall to prevent that so just have to be easy on it. Top heavy design. Fully loaded with books it does not look like it will last real long, but it works for what I need at a cheap price. Not something I would take to the next apartment. Better off building your own out of real wood as that is probably what I will do one day. Better for hard floor not carpet.

Bookshelf is cute and easy to assemble. But it was missing one type of screws, we had to run to the store to buy some. That was ANNOYING. like wtf why weren’t the supplies all in there??

The shelf itself is quite stylish and fits right in with my decor. Very sturdy and fits a lot more books than I thought it would. It even has a relatively spacious bottom storage compartment that I’m using to store my magnetic book marks, book tabs, highlighters and everything else I use for my reading sessions.
If you want to store your book’s stylishly and have limited space, this shelf is the one for you.
I spruced up the bottom compartment with an artificial plant and it looks great
