JS Craftsman: I haven't yet put these these on and used them, I will try them out tomorrow when I go for a walk through my creek. But just slipping them on right now, they seem like they will be excellent fitment and very comfortable for a walk through 12 inch deep water. I usually go through a pair of water boots in about a year. They get worked pretty hard, so time will tell just how well these hold up. But these look and feel very well made and I am pleasantly surprised to see that these are made in the USA!🇺🇲 as well, beings there sadly isn't much made here anymore these days. But these types of boots always start to form a split in the same place, at the spot above the top of your foot along the sides where the most amount of flexing occurs...everytime. But that's impossible to prevent. Sure, you can put on some kind of rubber sealer to add some protective durability. But the breaking point is usually in the same place. I can't wait to try these out tomorrow!

Rachel: We purchased these boots through Amazon in December 2020. They were never worn for long periods of time, rather they were put on and off a couple of times a day to go outside to tend to animals (chickens). We were disappointed to discover that today, October 9 2021, one boot has developed a 2" rip right at the heel, above the "built-in ~step detail" that I'd guess is meant to aid in taking the boots off. It is a bit disappointing that these boots didn't even last a year, when previous boots were used in the same fashion and lasted multiple years, but I guess the lesson is you get what you pay for. We will not be purchasing this particular boot again.

D. Seabrook: These boots seems to fit a bit big, but that hasn't been an issue so far. These boots are very flexible. I'm not sure if that will translate into a shorter or longer lifespan, we'll see. I really like the flocked inside.

DonnieDDonnieD: OK, first off this is a really good price so it's hard to complain with what you're getting. In my boots, I usually order a size 10 in mens. I have a size 10 in my Tacovas and Thursday Boots. I have a size 9.5 in my Ariat work boots. The size 10 I ordered was very tight, my toes were touching the tip of the toe box.

The exchange was good. There wasn't an option to exchange for a different size, you have to return your boots first and then order another size. Since we are talking under 30 dollars, this wasn't bad. I went ahead and ordered the next size up and got them in two days.

I waited to ship back my size 10s so I can compare to the size 11s. I took a picture of one size 10 (on the left) and the size 11 (on the right) with a tape measure going down so maybe this can help you if you are wondering if you should get a 10 or 11. The size 11s are great, I have more room in the toe box and very little heel slip when walking.

My only complaint is how wide the openings are. I know others have talked about this, so it wasn't a surprise. I work in construction and I'm in the dirt a lot. I can see these being great after it rained but It would be impossible to wear...

3A39254H6: These boots fit well and were sturdy for work around the farm. Made the mistake of spilling some gasoline on them while working on some equipment. That deteriorated the rubber and within a week or so they were cracked & leaking. Would buy again.

Jemmagirl: Comfortable, comparatively lightweight/flexible (for work boots), nice wide calf, good tread, and waterproof. Honestly, this was the best Santa gift ever! After weeks of leaky old boots, these are a real pleasure to step into and head out to take care of the horses, regardless of weather. After the latest rainstorm, I was ankle deep in mud for hours, but my feed are DRY.

Update: after two winters of solid farm work ... just now am I experiencing some water seepage. Not bad--they were used pretty much daily through our wet seasons (Pacific coastal) and used hard. I'm about to buy my second pair!

Amazon Customer: In wide-width shoes, I can wear as small as a 5 1/2 (sometimes). I bought an 8 in these, hoping to use the extra space for winter liners. Not happening. They are designed to hug the foot pretty closely, so that they won't slip off. This means a pretty low clearance for the arch area, not to mention an exceptionally narrow width. Foot space is pretty much what you see pictured above the soles, very little wiggle room at all. When it comes to extra room for liners and inserts, they are as accommodating as dress shoes (ie not very).
Structure-wise, they are a bit perplexing. Putting them on, they feel extremely flat. Yet when I put my hand inside, they have a decent-feeling foam insert with a build for the arch. Maybe it takes some breaking-in. Chances are, though, if you have fussy feet you'll need specialty inserts- other reviewers tried this with good results.

...some time has passed, and I'm getting to know the boots. I took out the stock inserts (a thin, unsupportive foam). Without them, there miiiiight be room for some winter liners? Really hoping, haven't tried yet. Walking in snow (mostly less than six inches) I learn why so many winter versions of these boots have...
