Bobby D. Richards: Purchased based of all the good reviews. When fully charged and turned off, the battery drains after a few days. After searching the internet I am not the only one with the issue. Sending them back.

L/C R: For talking it works very well. Music is ok, but could easily have been better with a simple speaker upgrade. No MIPS. No Sun/Wind visor. No Lights.

alfonso tafoya: If you are buying this to listen to music, you might be disappointed. Bluetooth to phone or player offers sound that is mediocre at best. Good design and pretty decent fit. Bring your earbuds. Too bad, otherwise would be a sweet helmet.

Susan: I purchased these helmets less than 30 days ago and one of the strap buckles broke. I contacted Sena and it has been a Nightmare. I just wanted a replacement strap buckle, and they tell me after 5 e-mails over 2 weeks that they can't supply a new strap buckle, they will have to replace the entire helmet! I have to send it back and pay for the return postage and I won't get a new helmet until this one is returned. So I have a brand new e-bike and no helmet.
Unbelievable. Buy a different helmet.

The clip is not the one that fastens the helmet but the clip that adjusts the straps for proper fit. Very disappointing.
